Loyalty Program / End of Year Email

The Loyalty Program End of the Year email project was a true collaboration of teams. The goal was to provide members with an engaging and fun recap of their hotel stay experiences throughout the year while showing the many benefits they gained with the accumulation of their Points. We created a travel roadmap to guide members through the previous year’s travel adventures — illustrating numbers and stats in a unique and relatable way.
